Brick Paving Maintenance in Macomb County and Oakland County, Michigan

Maintenance, cleaning and sealing will extend the life and appearance of your brick pavers.  Newly installed brick pavers release calcium oxide as they cure producing a white powdery substance, known as efflorescence.  On the sealed brick pavers accumulate dirt and stains with regular traffic   Sand between brick pavers may wash out over time or be replaced by moss and weeds.  Snow removal equipment can scratch the surface of the brick pavers and the intense UV rays from the sun can cause color fading.  At Paver Maintenance Specialists, we utilize commercial grade pressure washers to clean the surface of your brick pavers and remove the dirt and stains associated with these problems.

When your brick pavers turn a cloudy white color, or build up occurs from multiple applications of sealant, it may be necessary to strip off the old sealant.  In such cases we use a specially concentrated product along with an extreme amount of pressure to remove the existing sealant and restore the original color of your brick pavers before applying a fresh coat of sealant.
